At FNM Techno LLC, we are committed to our customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund options.
2. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered or the product has been downloaded. However, we may consider a refund request within 7 days of purchase if:
- The product or service is majorly defective.
- The product or service is not as described.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for unused time in the current billing cycle.
